Outsourcing and leasing of the medical personnel

    Outsourcing - an arrangement in which one company provides external services to another company.

     A company-customer passes a right for product promotion of partner organization within the framework of Ukraine or separately concerted region during the certain period of time or seasonal increase of demand. At this service all constituents of marketing remain in the management of Company-customer, the field employees of contractor follow the model of work prescribed Customer strictly, carry responsibility for its valuable execution.

      A contractor undertakes all obligations:

 -  selecting and teaching of medical represents;

 -  logistic Customer leaflets within the framework of the project;

 -  controlling above work of MR; 

 -  grant accounting in the preliminary concerted form.

      Payment is produced for work of 1 MR in a month and depends on the amount of MR, duration of collaboration, territorial scope of project, territory of influence of every MR, amount of visits, requirements to education et cetera and accords parties to signing of contract.
