More then 5900 best pharmacies are selected for project realizing. There about 70% are below to chains. Pharmacies are categorized on therapeutic directions, in the sales of preparations of which they are most successful. For advancement of every preparation from that general pharmacies pool are taken optimum quantity for fulfilling the match plans of sales.
The motivation system is based on cumulative bonus, got a pharmacy from one operator for the sales of preparations of a few producers. The size of bonus allows to warn switching of interests of retail on single action suggestions from separate producers.
At the same time only not competitive preparations take part in the project.
The additional services for fulfilling the promotion
Trainings:
- the education of the drugstore employees on the example of the product of the Client;
